Allisha Gray scored a season-high 29 points and No. 6 North Carolina rallied from a 12-point deficit in the second half to beat No. 18 Rutgers 96-93 in double overtime Thursday night in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge. It was only the second meeting between Hall of Fame coaches Sylvia Hatchell of North Carolina and C. Vivian Stringer of Rutgers. The two have combined for 1,878 victories.
