Former UNC pitcher Kyle Snyder named pitching coach for Durham Bulls

Former UNC pitcher Kyle Snyder will serve as pitching coach for the Durham Bulls in 2015, the team announced Thursday. Snyder, 37, replaces Neil Allen, who was recently hired as the pitching coach for the Minnesota Twins. In his fourth season with the Tampa Bay Rays organization, Snyder previously served as a Minor League pitching coordinator.
