Stephanie Mavunga's 19 Points Leads UNC Over App State

Stephanie Mavunga had 19 points and nine rebounds to lead No. 6 North Carolina to an 84-52 win over Appalachian State on Sunday. Allisha Gray added 12 points for the Tar Heels (8-0) and also gave them an early scare. The team's leading scorer was taken to the locker room with an ankle injury after making a layup in the first half but returned six minutes later.
