Alex White hopes a return to normalcy pays off in 2015

Like other Astros pitchers, this camp should be markedly different for Alex White if his health holds up. He said he had a restful offseason before starting his normal winter routine, getting going in December, and that such a return to normalcy was itself notable. A year ago in spring training, White’s velocity was a subject.
