Jamie Cherry’s two free throws with 1.7 seconds left gave No. 17 North Carolina a 66-65 victory at Miami on Sunday. North Carolina (22-6, 9-5 Atlantic Coast Conference) was paced by 15 points from Allisha Gray and 14 points and 14 rebounds by Stephanie Mavunga.
