And more times than not, the senior right-hander from Wilmington has come in and gotten the job done. “He’s been our MVP on the mound,” Tar Heel pitching coach said, “His stability and his consistency have allowed us to change some parts and help our rotation and bullpen come together.” (Wilmington Star News)
