163. That is the total number of years the UNC women’s basketball staff has been coaching going back to the early 1970’s. One might say its the most experienced coaching staff in college basketball. Hall of Fame head coach Sylvia Hatchell, with more than 900 career victories, is in her 43rd year on the sidelines where she has amassed the second most wins in the history of the sport.
