UNC Women's Basketball Tops Southern Miss In Myrtle Beach

Jamie Cherry and Stephanie Watts each scored 17 points to lead North Carolina to a 69-62 victory over Southern Miss Sunday afternoon from the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. Destinee Walker also chipped in with 14 points and nine rebounds for North Carolina (8-5), who have won three of its last four games heading into the holiday break. (GoHeels.com)
