UNC Women Outlast Syracuse For Sixth-Straight Win

UNC notched its biggest win of the season, its sixth victory in a row, with a come-from-behind 77-73 victory over Syracuse on Thursday night at Carmichael Arena. Stephanie Watts nearly had the first triple-double in program history with 22 points, 10 rebounds and eight assists for UNC (12-5, 2-0 ACC). Jamie Cherry had 15 points and a career-high nine assists.
