Xylina McDaniel To Miss Remainder Of 2015-16 Season

UNC senior forward Xylina McDaniel will miss the remainder of the season after tearing the anterior cruciate ligament and meniscus in her right knee Thursday in Atlanta. McDaniel got hurt while dribbling the basketball in the first half against Georgia Tech. A four-year starter for UNC, McDaniel recently went over 1,000 career points, and averaged 8.7 points and 6.8 rebounds this season.
