North Carolina has been picked as the preseason favorite to defend its Atlantic Coast Conference Coastal Division baseball title, the league office announced Friday. The Tar Heels, who were 54-15 and 22-8 in ACC action a year ago, received 60 points and four first-place votes in the Coastal Division.
