Ivory Latta had 21 points and Rashanda McCants 16 on Friday to lead No. 2 North Carolina in a 90-36 blowout of Elon. North Carolina (3-0) forced Elon (1-1) into 34 turnovers. North Carolina led 52-20 at the half and blew the game open with a 19-0 run early in the second half. (The State)
