Defense Clamps Down Bucknell

UNC’s defense showed up in a big way Sunday in a 65-50 victory over previously unbeaten Bucknell at Carmichael Arena. Stephanie Watts paced UNC (3-0) with 17 points and 11 rebounds for her ninth career double-double. Jamie Cherry added 15 points and six assists, while Paris Kea added 13 points. Hillary Fuller hauled in a career-high 13 rebounds. (GoHeels.com)
