Regan Magarity scored 24 points and No. 18 Virginia Tech remained unbeaten on the season after a 76-68 win over North Carolina on Monday in the ACC women’s basketball opener for both teams. Destinee Walker scored a team-high 22 points for North Carolina. Stephanie Watts added 18 points and 10 rebounds and Paris Kea scored 10. (GoHeels.com)
