Tar Heels Savor Return to NCAA Baseball Tournament

After missing the NCAA Tournament the past two years, the UNC baseball team enjoyed an anti-climactic Memorial Day. The Tar Heels received the No. 2 overall seed for the tournament when the brackets were unveiled Monday, assigned to host Davidson at 6 p.m. Friday. The other teams assigned to Chapel Hill regional are Florida Gulf Coast and Michigan. (Burlington Times News)
