Davidson gets first NCAA Tournament win, 8-4, against UNC on Bukauskas' bad night
Posted Jun 3, 2017
J.B. Bukauskas ended the first inning of UNC's first NCAA home Regional in four years with back-to-back strikeouts. The ace and ACC Pitcher of the Year started the second inning with a K, too. The outing unraveled from there, though, ending as one of the worst of Bukauskas' career and the worst of his impressive junior season as the Tar Heels fell 8-4 to Davidson.
