Pirates promote Jacob Stallings with Francisco Cervelli headed to DL

The Pittsburgh Pirates swapped catchers on Wednesday, promoting Jacob Stallings from Triple-A Indianapolis due to Francisco Cervelli hitting the seven-day concussion disabled list. The call-up to the majors marks the first of the season for Stallings. He made his debut last June and fared quite well in the five games he played in last season.
