What J.B. Bukauskas brings to the Houston Astros
Posted Jun 14, 2017
With the No. 15 pick in the 2017 MLB Draft, the Houston Astros have selected UNC right-handed pitcher J.B. Bukauskas. The 6-foot, 190-pound righty emailed scouts from all 30 teams in 2014, notifying them that he didn’t want to be drafted. The Arizona Diamondbacks took a flier on him in the 20th round, but he held true and started his tenure in Chapel Hill.
