Astros' Colin Moran suffers facial fracture, concussion after foul ball off face

Houston Astros third baseman Colin Moran has been diagnosed with a concussion and facial fracture. Moran, who was placed on the disabled list, will be meeting with doctors over the the next few days to determine if surgery is necessary. The 24-year-old was injured Saturday against the Baltimore Orioleswhen his own foul ball deflected off his bat and into his face.
