UNC coach Sylvia Hatchell earned career victory No. 998 with an 84-56 victory over Furman (Highlights). The Tar Heels extended their winning streak to six games by topping the Paladins on Sunday afternoon. Paris Kea led three North Carolina (8-2) players in double figures scoring with 20 points and nine assists, while Taylor Koenen had 16 points and 12 rebounds.
