UNC catcher Cody Roberts has surgery after taking foul ball vs. Duke

North Carolina junior catcher Cody Roberts had surgery Sunday after taking a foul ball to the groin in the series finale versus Duke. Roberts, a Georgia native, left the game in the seventh inning as the Heels downed Duke 8-6 at Durham Bulls Athletic Park. UNC said Monday that Roberts had surgery at UNC Hospitals and is expected to miss one to two weeks. (WRAL Sports Fan)
