UNC Baseball Omaha Bound Once Again
Posted Jun 9, 2018
UNC scored four runs in the top of the first inning and never looked back on the way to a Super Regional sweep of Stetson and another trip to the College World Series. This is Carolina baseball’s first Super Regional win since 2013. Carolina, the number six national seed in this year’s tournament, scored seven runs in each contest, winning Friday’s game 7-4 before taking Saturday’s contest 7-5.
