In a span of three starts, Cincinnati pitcher Matt Harvey has lowered his ERA by a full run and led the Reds to three wins. The reclamation project the Mets gave up on lasted 5 2/3 scoreless innings Sunday against the Brewers, being forced out by a rain delay before an 8-2 Cincinnati victory. Harvey had a perfect game going, retiring the first 12 batters he faced.
