Don't expect the Matt Harvey trade rumors to go away just because it's Aug. 1 and he's still a Cincinnati Red. The Reds held onto the veteran pitcher at the July 31 non-waiver trade deadline because they weren't crazy about the offers they received for him. But guess who tops the list of players who could be dealt before the Aug. 31 deadline for trades through waivers?
