Five Tar Heels Earn Trip To NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships


UNC distance runners Parker Wolfe, Ethan Strand, and Alex Phillip have earned trips to the NCAA Championships. Wolfe will compete in the 5,000 and 3,000-meter events. This season, he set school records in both events, clocking times of 13:13.61 in the 5000m, which ranks fourth-best in the country, and 7:37.41 in the 3000m, placing him third nationally.
