What did North Carolina's second-half rally and overall good defensive effort against California prove? That Larry Fedora’s seventh Carolina team is better than it played, or were the four turnovers and 13 penalties signs of more bad football to come for the Tar Heels? If the latter, Fedora will be coaching uphill the rest of this season and likely coaching for his job next year.
