UNC adds offensive lineman to class, other ACC football recruiting notes

The Tar Heels ended more than a month-long slump Aug. 30 by reeling in one of Pennsylvania’s top senior high school football recruits. Offensive tackle Asim Richards became the 12th member of UNC’s recruiting Class of 2019, choosing Carolina over other finalists Boston College, Duke, Maryland, Tennessee and Virginia. Richards entertained a dozen offers from FBS programs. (Fayetteville Observer)
