Kareem Martin gives back to the community
Posted Sep 7, 2018
Former North Carolina football player Kareem Martin returned home to Roanoke Rapids Saturday, handing out more than 200 backpacks full of school supplies to local students. Martin said this was a dream come true for him. “It’s something I’ve wanted to do for a while to help my community. I know school supplies can be expensive for families, and this is a way I can help."
