NC State basketball offers No. 1 player in 2021 recruiting class
Posted Sep 13, 2018
NC State basketball coach Kevin Keatts has extended an offer to 2021 shooting guard Terrance Clarke. The rising sophomore is the No. 1 guard in the country and the top player in his class, according to 247Sports -- which rates him at a 100 score. Clarke is a 6-foot-6 guard on the cusp of being considered a forward but believes his size plays into his strengths as a player.
