As North Carolina prepares for its ACC and home opener against Pittsburgh on Saturday, the fallout of Hurricane Florence remains a focal point for Larry Fedora and his football program. The storm has dumped nearly 11 trillion gallons of water on the Carolinas since Thursday, resulting in massive flooding across the states, including Orange and Durham counties. (Inside Carolina)
