NCAA Considering Rule Change After Viral Fake Fair Catch

The fake fair catch seen around the college football world may never been seen again. On Saturday, North Texas' Keegan Brewer faked out the entire Arkansas squad by giving off the vibe that he was going to fair catch a punt, but he never actually signaled (looking at you, Ryan Switzer). When Brewer caught the ball he just stood there as if the play was dead...then sprinted 90 yards for a touchdown.
