While Nathan Elliott's arm strength has been a topic of conversation dating back to last season, it’s his accuracy, or lack thereof, that’s hindered his ability to move North Carolina’s offense through the first two games of 2018. Larry Fedora’s once potent offense has fallen on hard times in recent years, averaging 22.1 points over its last 16 games against FBS competition.
