Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban escaped a suspension from the NBA. But there is significant damage to his team's reputation and his management style following an investigation that revealed “numerous instances of sexual harassment and other improper workplace conduct within the Mavericks organization over a period spanning more than twenty years."
