The Carolina Panthers on Friday placed Da'Norris Searcy on injured reserve after the safety suffered two concussions in 30 days. Searcy, who suffered his initial concussion in Carolina's preseason game against Miami, was again injured in Week 2's loss in Atlanta. The Panthers could place Searcy back on the active roster after he spends at least eight games on IR.
