UNC Volleyball Falls to Notre Dame in ACC Opener


Despite out-digging the Irish, North Carolina dropped the ACC opener to Notre Dame in straight sets Friday in Chapel Hill. Led by double-digit digs from Greer Moseman and Mia Fradenburg, the Tar Heels posted 44 digs over the Irish's 39. Moseman's 11 digs tied a career high while Fradenburg posted 10. Hunter Atherton set 31 of UNC's 37 kills, which were led by 12 from Destiny Cox. (GoHeels.com)
