When Pittsburgh jumped offsides midway through the third quarter Saturday, it didn’t seem like one of the biggest plays of the game at North Carolina. But it was. The penalty and much more manageable third down opportunity gave UNC life, and the Tar Heels made the most of it. “That might have been one of the biggest plays of the game,” UNC QB Nathan Elliott said.
