The New Orleans Saints are re-signing wide receiver and return specialist Brandon Tate, according to a league source. Tate was a late addition to the Saints in training camp, but impressed with his ability as a return man. He worked almost exclusively in the return game during preseason and made a solid impression, returning three kicks for 99 yards with a long of 40.
