Reggie Bullock had to go. The Detroit Pistons swingman knew his family was safely away from the dangers of Hurricane Florence when the storm hit his home area of Kinston, N.C. But he had to see his family. And he had to see the devastation from massive flooding that deluged the town only an hour and a half from the Pamlico Sound and Outer Banks off the North Carolina coast.
