No. 1 UNC Field Hockey Blanks Ball State 9-0


Eight Tar Heels scored and 24 saw action Sunday as the top-ranked North Carolina field hockey team beat Ball State 9-0 at Stadium (Highlights). The Tar Heels improved to 11-0 with their seventh shutout of the fall and second victory of the weekend, following a 5-1 ACC win over No. 11 Syracuse on Saturday. UNC hosts Wake Forest next Saturday at 1 p.m. (GoHeels.com)
