Erin Matson Named ACC Field Hockey Offensive Player Of The Week


North Carolina freshman was named the ACC Field Hockey Offensive Player of the Week on Tuesday. Matson, a forward from Chadds Ford, Pa., leads the conference in scoring with 10 goals this fall. Last weekend she scored three goals as the top-ranked Tar Heels extended their winning streak to 11 in a row with home-field victories over Syracuse and Ball State. (GoHeels.com)
