The Tar Heels are in search of a scoring guard in the 2019 basketball recruiting class and Boogie Ellis fits the bill. The 6-foot-2 recruit from San Diego (Calif.) Mission Bay was offered by North Carolina on Sept. 2 and remains one of UNC's top targets to round out its recruiting class.
