Mitch Trubisky voted FedEx Air NFL Player of the Week

Mitch Trubisky may have missed out on winning the NFC Offensive Player of the Week for Week 4, but his performance did not go unnoticed. Thursday, the NFL announced that Trubisky was voted the FedEx Air NFL Player of the Week for his performance against the Buccaneers. Trubisky completed 19 of 26 passes for 354 yards and six touchdowns, one short of an NFL record.
