The Carolina Mile is an annual tradition for UNC Basketball. Before the season begins, the North Carolina basketball team meets at dawn at the track for the consequential four laps. Each player, based on size and past performance, has certain times they have to reach. On Saturday, Andrew Platek finished first with a time of 4:55, followed closely by Luke Maye at 4:58.
