Sterling Manley Clears Conditioning Hurdle

In terms of his physical conditioning this year vs. the same point last season, UNC sophomore center Sterling Manley said it is night and day. "Oh yeah, no doubt. I definitely feel much stronger. Much faster. I have more endurance. I just feel more comfortable in my body and more coordinated. All that good stuff." Manley said his weight right now is 243 pounds.
