According to Jake Weingarten of Stockholders and Jason Marcum of A Sea of Blue, five star big man Oscar Tshiebwe is leaning toward West Virginia in his recruitment. West Virginia has been in on Tshiebwe for quite some time and have built a serious connection with the talented center. He attends Kennedy Catholic in Pennsylvania, which is where current Mountaineer Sagaba Konate played.
