Sterling Manley Breaks Down His Development, 2018-19 Team

North Carolina sophomore center Sterling Manley showed flashes in 2017-18 of a player with a lot of potential down low. He is long, big and at times could defend, rebound, and score. His conditioning was always a question, but for short spans, Manley could be effective. Building on that, adding in the endurance and improving on go-to offensive moves have been a focus.
