Michael Carter ran all over the field Saturday against Virginia Tech. But the North Carolina running back’s final carry finished without him holding the ball. That fumble became one of the key plays in Virginia Tech’s 22-19 victory at Kenan Stadium. So Carter’s most productive day as a Tar Heel came with a devastating turnover. “You’ve got to put it behind you,” he said.
