UNC Aiming to Ignite Explosive Plays


’s offense is built on the concept of attacking vertical seams to create big gains. Explosive plays are critical for the offense to change field position quickly while taxing opposing defenses. For North Carolina, explosive plays consist of rushes of 12 yards or more and passes of 15 yards or more. UNC’s goal is to have 10 or more explosive plays every game. (Inside Carolina)
