North Carolina and Virginia players arriving at Spectrum Center for Wednesday’s Atlantic Coast Conference Operation Basketball encountered chilling reminders of their last visits. “There’s a few lingering,” North Carolina guard Cameron Johnson said upon returning to the site of the season-ending loss in March. “It’s very vivid when you step back in here."
