On Virginia’s second possession, North Carolina defensive tackle Aaron Crawford fell to the ground clutching his knee. Crawford, who had emerged as UNC’s best defensive player during the offseason, was helped off the field for the second time in three weeks. His knee, along with other injuries and suspensions on UNC's defense, has significantly hindered its potential. (Inside Carolina)
